Return/Refund:
An item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Additionally, you must have the original packaging. The discount strategy gets handled within 5-7 days.
You can request the ‘My Order’ section of the app within two days of receiving the item to determine whether it can be returned or replaced. Just unused, unworn, unwashed, unharmed items, with all marks and labels flawless, in their unique pressing, and qualified for a return, can be returned or supplanted.
A pick-up date is set once you request the return of an item. Our courier partners will pick up the item within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your return request. We will begin the reimbursement process once the return has been ordered.
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it through the My Order section. Please send us an email at frankliotechnology@gmail.com.
Exchange:
You must ensure that the goods have not been used and are still in their original packaging before getting your money back. You can only request a replacement if an item is defective, broken, or sent to you in error. To receive further assistance, we must watch a video about unpacking.
